Home Information Packs Suspended
« on: July 22, 2010, 08:22:11 PM »
I must have missed this in the news but home information packs have been suspended and any home marketed on or after 21 may 2010 no longer require an information pack.

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be retained. Sellers will still be required to commission, but won't need to have received an EPC before marketing their property.#

You can find more information on the Suspension of Home Information Packs : Questions and Answers page at http://www.communities.gov.uk/housing/buyingselling/homeinformation/homeinfopackquestions/
